Gregory (Greg) Todd is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) in New York with responsibility for derivatives regulatory issues in addition to his role supporting global rates and currencies sales and trading activity. Todd joined BofAML in 2005, and currently leads the global banking and markets legal department‘s implementation and advocacy efforts with respect to global derivatives regulatory reform as well as legal coverage of BofAML’s global FX and US, Canadian and Latin America interest rate derivatives businesses. His team is also responsible for supporting resolution planning and resolution stay regulatory efforts within BofAML’s global banking and markets businesses. Prior to these roles, Todd covered BofAML’s US, Canadian and Latin America credit derivatives business. Todd is also BofAML’s representative on the SIFMA swap dealer committee, of which he was the co-chair from 2014-2016.
